Group Board "The Kite" and suggested the City Council approved Fisciano, in yesterday's session on Nov. 28, a motion to the Government and Parliament to maintain preferential voting in European elections and to introduce it again at elections.
The voting system with blocked lists over the top parties the power to appoint the ruling class and humiliates the citizens' right to direct choice of their representatives.
The same motion also seeks to avoid the threshold of the barrier, which only serve to encourage an artificial mechanism of bipartisanship .
